Dopo oltre 100 anni di onorata carriera, la storica officina Biciclette Nicoletti ha chiuso le sue porte. Incontrammo Alfredo, l’ultimo erede dell’attività familiare, circa 3 anni fa nel suo negozio-museo di Verona perché stavamo cercando di acquistare una bicicletta… Una di quelle buone davvero. Alfredo ci disse che stava scrivendo in un libro tutte le storie di biciclette che aveva vissuto e raccolto lungo la sua vita.
Pochi mesi Alfredo ha finito il suo libro e ci ha chiesto di disegnare un illustrazione per il suo libro. Ecco la nostra illustrazione per una leggenda vivente della tradizione biciclettaia Italiana. Il libro è stato presentato a Tocatì Festival ed è possibile acquistarlo qui.

After more than 100 years of respectable career, the historical Nicoletti’s bicycle workshop has shut down. We met Alfredo, the last family-business owner, 3 years ago in his shop in Verona because we were looking for a bicycle, a very good one. Alfredo told us he was writing a book with all bicycle stories which he had experienced and collected along his life.
